[solved] cant open handbrake

Description of problem or question:
cant open handrake

every time got a popup message
The procedure entry point LeaveCriticalSection
colud not located dynamic link library
api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-0.dll


HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

handbrake 1.2.2


Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

win 7 ultimate sp1


HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)

Code: Select all

Cannot load nvEncodeAPI64.dll
