Missing 6-10 minutes from the middle of DVD

Description of problem or question:
Hi all:
I am attempting to put a documentary I own on DVD on my computer. Everything works just fine, except in the middle or so. I had to encode it in two separate files and noticed that it misses about 6-10 minutes. I attempted to just encode the chapter, and it only produced a two-minute clip. I tried to encode it by seconds, and it produced a one-second clip. Thanks for any help you can provide.
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
I have Handbrake 1.2.2.
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
I'm using WIndows 10 Home.
HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)
