I receive error avio_open2 failed, errno -13 when trying to convert a .MOV to a .MP4. The .MOV was created by the camera on a Phantom 4 drone. I can play the .MOV using Quick Time but I really want to import it into Premiere so I can edit the video (there's no audio on the clip).
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
Start Handbrake. Open the .MOV file and take all the default settings, make sure MP4 is selected as the output format. Specify the output location, add to queue and start queue. Conversion starts and ends with the message: Queue finished with 1 errors or cancellation detected.
