I used to be able to Set Affinity (limit the number of cores Handbrake uses) but after each item in the queue is completed, it gets reset to use all of the systems cores. I would prefer to use Windows' built in Set Affinity feature but if there is a command I can use as an extra option I would take that too.
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows 10 Pro
