I am Still Using Old Version in my x86 Win 10
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

and I Want to Know About How I can Encode Video With Same Bitrate and Which Handbrake Version Support This Encoding..
I Have No technical Knowledge But I am Using Handbrake Before 3 Years..
I Know About Video Setting But I Need Better Quality Sound In Low Bit-rates Like This
