Video encoding error "Number of bands (37) exceeds limit (34)" & "video time went backwards"

Description of problem or question:
Actually i have two videos with error the first one shows this error :
[aac @ 00000297a2693980] channel element 2.14 is not allocated
[aac @ 00000297a2693980] Number of bands (37) exceeds limit (34).


and the second one shows this error:
[16:17:28] sync: video time went backwards 33 ms, dropped 1 frames. PTS 648647
[16:17:28] sync: video time went backwards 33 ms, dropped 1 frames. PTS 654743

The first encoding process drop majority of the frames.

and i cannot post the second log file. it shows 413 error

Upgrade to 1.2.0 or the nightly; 1.1.2 is not supported.

"video time went backwards" is typical of streams recorded "over the air", where frames can be sent multiple times to "fix" transmission errors. Handbrake is trying to deal with it by dropping the redundant frame.

In the case of both errors, the current version of handbrake should improve the situation.
