Description of problem or question:
Crashes when Scanning Source from MakeMKV backup. App says "scanning source" freezes and crashes. Throws unhandled exception for .NET in Windows event log.

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
Open Handbrake, drag MakeMKV backup to window. Or, Folder Scan and select backup folder.

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.2.0 and Nightly build

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

Windows 10 Home, Version 1803, Build 17134.472

HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)

Activity log below is identical for several different backups, with the exception of the name, obviously. No issues prior to my last three backup encode attempts.

Do you have the event logs with the unhandled exception information?

Ask and ye shall receive. There's always three events. An information from Windows Error Reporting, then an Error from Application Error and finally and Error from .NET Runtime. Couple more things that might get asked:
- Last Windows Update was on 12/22, but I have successfully encoded a backup since then
- Only thing I can think of that has changed on the system is I installed the latest GeForce Game Ready Driver, but I can't imagine that would have any effect here.
