Anytime I try to encode a video, Handbrake closes during the process.
Version: Handbrake 1.2.0
OS: Windows 10 Enterprise (1809)

I've tried a few video files, a couple of OS builds, and a couple of drivers. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you able to share a sample file that reproduces this?
Can you try running with one of the sample files from https://peach.blender.org/download/
Is the system hanging / crashing as well? Might want to check temps with CPUID Hardware Monitor to make sure it's not an overheat situation.
