i have tried unistalling and reinstalling the program with same issue

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8086K CPU @ 4.00GHz
Ram: 32717 MB,
GPU Information:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 - 25.21.14.1694
Screen: 1920x1080

handbrake does not open so i can get that. and since i delete and reinstalled does not show.
