You don't have to worry about the CPU "wearing out". As long as your temperatures are sensible and your not overclocking, that CPU should long outlive it's useful life.

is made an easy overclock at 4ghz with all core and because it is a very warm heat-up processor

If I wanted a simple processor that did not get frequent to it, we took one much cheaper and worse
What I wanted to ask, a lot of you, but I will do it now!
At x265, preset encoder, no matter what, the image quality will be the same? slow or superfast?
or if you do slower, that is, slow, will be the best picture and small size?

If your processor is going over 70c during an overclocked encode, you need to install a proper cooling system. And make sure you get the heat out of the case, too. An "easy overclock to 4ghz" is 150% of rated speed; Your processor cooling should be sized to 200% of stock.

If it's less than 70c, you should not have an issue with how long the processor lives.

That's what makes your statement about processor longevity "literal nonsense", if your system is designed properly.

in 4 ghz stands at 60 degrees. I have a corsair h110, I have a well-configured system
However, at these processors, it has not yet decided manufacturers that is tjmax, the newer being 110 or 115 degrees celsius

According to this page, Intel has decided 95C is the maximum die temperature. So, if your cooling is keeping it at 60C at 100% CPU load overclocked, then you should not have to worry about using your video card to "save" your CPU.

You're right, it's official, but in bios with the last bios, tj max e 110.

I forgot when I contacted you to ask how can I make my 7980x of my processor in handbrake to be used at 100% power and at 1920/1080 resolutions not only at 4k, ex
What can make handbrake use all the power of the processor, regardless of the video file used in x265?

Any reasonable x265 settings with 1080p content should have no problem using all the cores of a 7980X.

This is not uncommon with high core count CPUs. 720p probably won't saturate all the cores. Also, decomb can be a bit of a bottleneck, but it seemed to identify enough combing that I would leave it enabled. 122 fps is still fast.

If you really want to give your CPU more work, use a slower x265 preset (your log shows fast; try slow). This may saturate more cores but probably won't be faster.

It's a bit advanced, but for speed you could try manually increasing the number of frame threads from 5 to maybe 8 (I think 16 is max) by adding frame-threads=8 to the additional encoder options. If there are already other parameters there, separate with a colon, like this: example=123:frame-threads=8

it does not seem to have the effect of using as many core as it does.
Maybe if you refine affinity, use more power ... I do not know what to do ...

You've already been given the answer multiple times now...

You can not force the encoder to use more CPU than it's capable of doing. Your dealing with content that simply isn't high enough resolution for better scaling. Beyond the suggestions already given, there is nothing else you can do.

This is working as expected.
