libdvdread: Encrypted DVD support unavailable.
Handbrake does not support encrypted media like commercial DVDs and BDs.

While there are 3rd-party libraries that can be added to make it work most of the time, they are not supported here.

Use an actual disk ripper, like MakeMKV or AnyDVD, to extract the video from the disk, and handbrake will work just fine.

It sounds like you're trying to make a DVD. HB is not for making DVDs.

I think you jumped to conclusions without even read the post. The source is an MP4 and he's trying to make a DVD out of it (by choosing MPEG2 encoder), so none of your post applies. The libdvdread debug appears for every scan regardless of how it impactful it is.

Yes, this is a MP4 file out of an NLE , it is not encrypted, it is original video by me. So handbrake is not the software to do this then?

If your target is to write a DVD, then no, handbrake isn't what you need. You need DVD authoring software that can use your MP4 files as a source, in large part because DVDs use MPEG2 encoding (old stuff). The DVD authoring software would have to undo the encoding handbrake did for compatibility.
