stopping handbrake from adding -1 to the end of a title?

I am using 1.1.2 . on an A.M.D 1700x with 16 gig of ram . i am currently shrinking my movies i ripped years ago down to size. I love handbrake, the speed of the program and sheer number of configurations is mind blowing. However it adds a -1 to the end of all titles reencoded. i.e Se7en.mkv becomes Se7en-1.mkv . is there anyway to change this? i am somewhat computer knowledgeable yet this escapes my grasp.

thank you for your help to what is likely ---hopefully an easy fix. (plex doesnt like the -1 at the end of the title)

Go to Tools-> Preferences-> Output Files.

File format is what you need to change, try removing -{title}
