Description of problem or question:
Batch Scan has a lack! I need to scan a folder and ALL of its Sub Folders. But currently handbrake will not check for sub folders.
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

No, it doesn't. The Command Line Interface (CLI) can be used as part of scripts that do this. Several people have posted theirs in the CLI section.
If you wish to "fill this lack", you can submit patches to do the searching and modify the rules for creating file names for your modified scan.
