Rotate 4k video without any modifications to video or audio quality

Hello,

I have recorded some videos with my action cam. However, some of them are rotated 180°. I saw the documentation to rotate the video. My question is: is it possible to rotate the videos only without any modifications to video and audio quality

I think people often have overly dramatic imaginations of what losing quality will look like.
