Unidentified Error or Cancellation

Description of problem or question:
As I have been ripping my DVD collection to my computer, I occasionally will have one that says "Queue Finished with 1 error or cancellation detected." I cannot identify what the error is though from the activity log, and am not sure how to fix it. The movies appear to play alright on my computer after I rip them, though I haven't had a chance to watch one of the ones with an error all the way through yet. Is this something I should be concerned about? It seems like it might be fairly common, but I could not find any other thread about this issue.

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
Ripping certain DVD results in "Queue Finished with 1 error or cancellation detected" every time.

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.1.1 for 64-bit

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows 10
