Resize picture for batch enocde

Description of problem or question:
I have 1080p video which i want to make 720p. is there anyway we can set 720p for all batch video?

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows

Pick a 720p preset. Add all to queue.

thanks that works fine, but i have my own custom settings which i cannot update it pre-made preset. and for custom settings we cannot save the resolution. any suggestion please?

Save your settings in a preset and use that for the batch.

handbreak don't allow to modify any preset

Save a new one, not update one of the built-ins.

custom preset does not save the resolution :(

edit: got it, when make new preset there is option to set custom resolution. thanks for all the help and reply.
