How to add subtitle for batch video convert

Description of problem or question:
I want to use external subtitle to add watermark over video. for batch video encode how can i add external subtitle for all videos? i can do manually one by one... but i have more than 100 videoes, so i want to know if there is any option which can allow handbreake to add external subtitle auto.

You can't do this through the GUI. You'd need to switch to the command line interface and write a script to batch up a folder of files. There are examples in the CLI section in the forum
