Intermittent Video Glitches During Encode

Description of problem or question: Whenever I convert a video to h.264, there is distortion every 2 seconds. This doesn't seem to affect source videos which are encoded in VC-1. This never happened for me using the previous version.

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0): 1.1.1

Also, try disabling QSV decode. Depending on your video driver, the DECODE portion can have issues with some sources.

Using the official release, I disabled the video decode settings in the options and the problem is gone. Even the pink screen flashes that would appear at the beginning of the encodes are gone. Thanks!

I've decided to return to the previous version anyway. 1.1.1 frequently locks my entire computer with either codec.
