Subtitles on Film not coming through

Description of problem or question:
I can't get the subtitles to rip to the mp4 file from my DVD of War of the Planet of the Apes



Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):




HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.1.1



Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
windows 7 pro



HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)

Code: Select all

My copies of Planet of the Apes movies were on Bluray, and did not have any subtitles flagged as "forced". nmicchelli's encode request said only to encode "forced" subtitles from the English subtitle track:
[14:44:17] * subtitle track 1, English (Wide Screen) [VOBSUB] (track 0, id 0x20bd, Picture) -> Render/Burn-in, Forced Only
Nothing being flagged as forced means nothing was eligible to be burned in.

Note: MP4 files can have DVD subtitles included as separate tracks, and SOME players can render them as requested. It is not a part of the MP4 standard, but enough players allow it that it is worth trying.
