HandBrake does not currently use ffmpeg. It may do for version 1.2 which would bring with it support for this.

Thanks man. In fact I have some problems with FFMPEG. The files generated by it doesn't play in some players, doesn't work with whatsapp and Instagram... So probably you guys should stay where u are now because handbrake is AMAZING and works PERFECT with everything. It's super simple and do excelent results.
The only thing is: Need to have a suport for DNxHR and 4K files
Just that!

Yes, after all the problem is not FFMPEG. I was using h265 and some sites and apps don't work with h265 yet. With ffmpeg and h264 it works like a charm.
Any news about the Handbrake support for DNxHR?
