Intel Quick Sync

Post by scbbc81 »

Windows 10

There are no logs to save:

For some reason Handbrake has decided that I don't have an intel processor and wont give me the quick sync option, how do I get it back? I have used it many times before but it's gone now.

I literally just wanted to quickly convert a file and didn't care about nit picking about quality - but again no option to choose it anymore.

Any help appreciated.

Can you run an encode with normal H.264 (x264) for 10 seconds (Just start then stop) and provide the log for that as it'll tell us the setup on your system.
