Every time when opening Mitsuboshi Colors - ## (1280x720 HEVC2 AAC).mkv
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
HandBrake Nightly 20180429203125-f62170c-master (2018050101) - 64bit
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows 10 Enterprise N 2016 LTSB

This is not currently supported I'm afraid. We have a 12bit encoder, but no decoder support yet.
