Has anyone noticed that 1.1.0 fails to clear the last job from the queue when done? This occurs when you have set Quit Handbrake When Done. The job completes properly, but the queue fails to flush before Handbrake closes.
The next time you open Handbrake it asks you to recover the queue.
If you set Handbrake to Do Nothing When Done, the queue flushes properly.
This problem did not exist in the previous version.
