Hi Thanx for the reply
The playback is all basically just a constant trail of images, so not clear at all
Its all pixelated and blurry.

This may be contributing:
[18:14:30] apply_h264_level [warning]: frame size (2704x1520, 16055 macroblocks) too high for level 4.0 (max. 8192 macroblocks)
Your target program might take the h264 level seriously, and not properly decode the video. You should try setting Encoder Level to "Auto" on the video tab, and see if that helps.

Hey guys so ive managed to get the video to a higher quality so now it looks good but it seems to be skipping frames.
I am shooting HEVC Gopro @ 120 fps, have you any suggestions how to fix this.
Thanx in advance

Im using Windows 10 video play back is ok, like i said there is a jitter in the playback and on vlc you can barely see the image.

Try changing your level to Auto.

Also try reducing your bitrate by reducing quality.

I can get the footage clear and of a good quality but still having issues with the frames jumping, so it plays normal speed and the moves fast for a split second, ive tried the different options for frame rates any suggestions for that

Does your playback system support high frame rates?

I have monitors that have no issue at 30fps, but going over that pushes past the limit on its HDMI interface. 1080p isn't an issue; anything over that causes frame tearing.
