Queue doesn't flush at the end of work

Post by llaffer »

This seems to happen every time I set up a queue of work when ripping contents off of DVDs since the 1.1.0 release.

Description of problem or question:

The end-result videos are fine and the application looks like it completes and terminates properly, but when I launch HB the next time it says there is still work in queue that wasn't finished and asks me if I want to recover it or not.

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

I deleted all logs to make sure that the logs I send are clean. I launched HB and had it read my disc. I created a queue of 3 tasks from it to write three files then ran the queue. When the queue ended, the app quit like it was supposed to and I have my three videos that look correct.

I launched HB again and it states that there is still a task in my queue and asks if it should recover it. If I say yes then look at the queue it has the third task that I gave it in the previous run (which did complete).

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

Version 1.1.0 (2018040700) - 64bit

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

Windows 10 Pro version 1709 OS Build 16299.371

HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)

Below are four links to different pastebins of different files.

I noticed that the original file "activity_log6196" then got renamed at the end to the name of the output file with time stamp at the end of each task in the queue except for the last one. The third file with the name of the output file with time stamp exists but the activity_log file didn't get blanked out the last time (and a diff of the two files shows them to be identical). So I'll have all four files below:

Once upon a time.s06e01.m4v 04-14-2018 22-28-31 : https://pastebin.com/ai5Aba42
Once upon a time.s06e02.m4v 04-14-2018 22-32-57 : https://pastebin.com/FnKvAURq
Once upon a time.s06e03.m4v 04-14-2018 22-37-25 : https://pastebin.com/EXQVWrs2
activity_log6196 : https://pastebin.com/NQZpTaTZ

So, nothing critical as everything works, just thought I'd show what I've been seeing with this newest version.

Thanks.
