Major Distortion Converting Specific .AVI to .MP4

I've tried searching the forums, but it's like trying to find a need in a hay stack, sorry.

Description of problem or question
I've recently been converting a large number of my older movies that are .AVI files into .MP4 files so that my PLEX server doesn't need to transcode them when I am watching them on my Roku. I've had excellent results with all of my conversions so far, with the exception of one movie. I've tried numerous settings changes with no change in the distorted video output. The distortion is EXACTLY THE SAME each and every time, in the exact same spots, so I've personally eliminated the idea that it is an overloaded processor, or something similarly hardware issue.

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable)
Doesn't matter the settings, select .AVI file, set to whatever, .MP4 output, hit encode or even preview. Distorted output.

Both the log and the output seem to indicate the source is damaged.

Thanks for the reply. What in the log leads you to that conclusion? I'm curious so that I can reference some of my other logs and make comparisons.

My only issue with that thought would be that the original .AVI file plays perfectly through all the players I've tried it on, including VLC, Microsoft's "Movies & TV" app, Plex's built-in video player through the web browser, and I even played it using ACDSee Pro 3, which until now I had no idea would even play videos. All work perfectly.

Gave the nightly a go with same results. While the log from the nightly doesn't specifically state "error" like the release version did, there are a number of lines that I have to assume are just as bad. May have to chock this one up as a loss...

Yes, similar errors, unfortunately. I don't have an easy solution for you.
