I would really like to know guys whether or not opus has smaller latency than other codecs like aac, ac3 and so on and could possibly cause bad lip sync and so on?

the second half of the post doesn't seem to be posted here, so I'll copy it here, I asked a question in here and would really like to know
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=37399&p=176506&hilit=opus#p176506
does opus in handbrake really have lower latency and therefore causes worse synchronization with the video compared to other codecs?

It's considered bad form to crosspost threads in the Handbrake forums.
