Audio Won't Sync

Description of problem or question
The audio won't sync with video. I tried changing the Framerate and during the preview it is good but then after encoding it isn't synced.

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable)
Changed the framerate.

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0)
1.0.7

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.3 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update)
Windows 7

Error message text or screenshot (If Applicable)

Provide a URL from any image hosting site.

Also, try the encode with the nightly build version... There have been many changes made to deal with audio sync issues.

If the audio is still "out of sync", post the log from the nightly build.
