Converting VFR to CFR

Hi
i have some captured PAL VHS to files that recorded in VFR
the VFR cuses audio out of sync
I’m trying to convert them to CFR using hand break 1.0.7 but can’t get the audio to sync
can someone please advise me the correct setting to convert?

I'm Sorry I forgot to mention, when i use V1.0.7 the process stuck at 99.98%
the only time i could complete the Encoding is when using Nightly build (2017113001)
