Scanning source won't finish

Post by bhestand »

Please detail your question or problem in as much detail as possible:
I am needing to convert a large MOV file to MP4. When I choose the MOV source, it scans it and stays on Please Wait... Scanning Title 1 or 1 always between 80 and 100%

Tell us about your environment. What version of HandBrake? What version of Windows are you running. etc.
Windows 10 Handbrake 1.0.7. I have also tried 2 different nightly versions.

If there was any exception or error displayed, please copy it and paste it here:

Please include the scan or encode log:

Any ideas on this topic? I'm still stuck and not sure where to look.

Grab a nightly build from the downloads page. This was something that was fixed so it should work in that.
