Handbrake not recognizing DNxHR

Please detail your question or problem in as much detail as possible:
I encode 4K UHD DNxHR from Premiere and would like to encode it to a final H.264 format in Handbrake. The problem is, that Handbrake is not recognizing the DNxHR .mov file.
Tell us about your environment. What version of HandBrake? What version of Windows are you running. etc.
I use Windows 10 with Handbrake 1.0.7, the latest version as of now. I have the Avid QuickTime Codecs LE installed.

Don't know if it will help but you can always try a nightly build.

It's not a supported codec. Requests to add it would have to go to the "upstream" project, libav.
