[SOLVED] Handbrake freezes while converting

When I was trying to convert a gameplay video to constant fps, the encoding froze on 52.32%, so I tried restarting the app and my PC and converting it again, but it's still the same result. How can I fix this?

When handbrake "freezes", are there any entries in the Windows Event Viewer about it?

Also, you should not NOT try to limit the level to 4.0 like you are:

i also tried 4.2 which apparently supports 60 fps, but still same result

no, but i got the nightly build and that seemed to fix the problem
