error when trying to encode

i get get an error when i try to encode. i have tried different files same result

windows 7 64bit handbrake 1.0.7

You have posted two errors that have the .NET runtime in common, and dealing with writing files.

I'd first check that the paths being written to are allowed with your permissions. Then I'd check your .NET installation, to make sure it is not broken.
