Problem with Resize when switching Presets

I have an unusual problem when switching presets. Some of my custom presets have different crop sizes such as crop 50 of left and right or crop 84 of left and right, etc. The Width is saved as "use source" on most of these.

When I switch between presets it seems to be changing the Width to the source minus the previous crop. So for example if:
Preset #1: is 720x480 and crop of 50 on L+R
Preset #2: is 720x480 and crop of 84 on L+R

When I switch from Preset #1 to preset #2, Handbrake will resize the width to 620 (720 - 50*2 = 620). If I go from Preset #2 to Preset #1, it sets the width to 552 (720 - 84*2 = 552).
