Best conversion format for AP ProCC

What;s the best format to convert iphone 7plus footage to for use in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017?
Latest Handbrake, Windows 10, no error message

Assuming you're shooting 1080p30 or lower, the default Fast 1080p30 preset is fine with a few changes:

- Set frame rate (FPS) to same as source
- Select constant frame rate
- Set RF between 10 and 2 (lower is higher quality, do not use 0)

Additionally, you may wish to add the following to the additional options box:

keyint=30

This will ensure you have a key frame at least every second, making it easier to move around the video in your editor.
