Encoded Video Stops after a certain length of time

Post by ERW »

I am trying to extract a portion of a video file, based on time (from 7:35 to 1:02:54 of the input video).
I am using the Fast 1080P 30 preset.
The output video is fine until I reach time 10:45 of the output video.
After that time, the audio continues to play but the output video remains frozen at that 10:35 time point.
The input video plays fine all the way through.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Why did the audio stream run out before the video did? Or was there something else that caused handbrake to think it was at the end of the input? Since you didn't use hardware decoding, I won't suggest turning that off...

Thanks for your prompt reply. I have no idea why that message is there. In the actual output video, the audio is fine all the way through, but the video stops long before the end of the file when played.
