can`t install and run

Please detail your question or problem in as much detail as possible: i can`t install handbrake . When i tried to open handbrake exe there is no install option , just like not responding

Tell us about your environment. What version of HandBrake? What version of Windows are you running. etc. handbrake 1.0.3 windows 7 32 bit ram 2gb 1.0+hz notebook aspire one

If there was any exception or error displayed, please copy it and paste it here: i don`t know how
