Select MKV, VP9.
Click 'Add' to add a preset
Complete the preset name and settings.
Click 'Add' and the preset will fail to save.
(This has been happening for a couple of weeks. I update my nightly often, but haven't had time to submit the bug. )
Works for non vp9 configurations.
