Handbrake Forced Restart - 0 Valid Titles

I have absolutely no clue why this is happening because I had this come up with other DVDs I tried converting after a successful convert. I even went back and tried to re-convert the last successful DVD that I'd ripped with DVD Decryptor, but I get the same error, even if I didn't change anything. I even tried reinstalling it from the main page download link.

Computer Info:
WinXP Pro
HB 0.9.1 - Preset: Normal
Source: DVD rip that I previously successfully converted earlier today
Steps to reproduce this problem: Just either select the VIDEO_TS folder from the actual DVD or the rip, and it happens
I'd post the verbose text, but I can't figure out how to display it as there is no way to pull up the activity log as described in the FAQ.

Tools > Options.

You'll see an option for what to do after encode completes. Set to: Do Nothing

The winGUI does not have a debug window yet. Refer to the Windows FAQ instead of the general one. It's on the Wiki
