"American Sniper" Backup Problem

I have backed up hundreds of movies with Handbrake. Only one film refuses to cooperate: "American Sniper." When I load the Blu-Ray, AnyDVD HD has no problem recognizing the disc and doing its thing, when I select the disc as the source in Handbrake, it does what it's supposed to do. Now, when I hit "Start" it even acts as if it's encoding the film, but the information at the bottom is showing "0.000 fps" across the board and it is moving far too quickly through the disc (I have "x264 Preset" set to "Slow"). I've tried it with other speeds before with the same result.

I am running a Core i7 processor with 12GB of DDR3 RAM, Windows 10 64-bit, Handbrake v0.10.5.0 64 bit (the latest release version, just installed today).

No errors thrown, just no film encoded whatsoever.

Could it be the TrueHD tripping up HB?

Sounds like your AnyDVD software may need an update?

Big name movies like this often will need a newer/the newest version (at the time of release).

Or we could stop guessing and wait for the encode log. Heck, even the (missing here) scan log's header (where the HandBrake version is indicated) would help.

I was actually referring to the version of Handbrake that I’m using, and not the version of AnyDVD HD that I’m using.

While I tend to keep AnyDVD HD current, I rarely use it, once I switched over to MakeMKV. I’ve found the Slysoft forums to be fairly hostile when I had a simple question that was the result of something I did wrong. Whereas the MakeMKV forums are pretty great!
