Vegas2Hanbrake Frameserver glitch

Post by chumanga »

Hello, i'm coming here because i'm with a litle problem trying to using Handbrake to encode Vegas project directly by frameserver from Marco.

The method works fine, but the glitch is at the end of it, handbrake finish the encoding but everytime lack of last couple frames. Like video has 500frames and Hanbrake only process a 451 frames video without last frames. if it have 100 frames then become something like 90. I just dont know what can be causing it.

I tried frameserver with megui and there it process a full frame video without problems.

Someone has a solution or tip?

Thanks

First up I am not familiar with Vegas2Handbrake so im not sure whether this will be of much use.

Your video has 450 frames and HB is reporting that 450 frames are in the output so im not sure what your error is.

Your level/frame rate/resolution are not compatable.

Marco is not affiliated with Handbrake and I doubt he will see your post.
Post your question on Sony Vegas Pro forum or contact him through his website.

You should also note, HandBrake has never officially supported frameserve'd content as input. I'm surprised it works at all to be honest.

@s55, It actually frame serves to Avisynth->Pismo Filemount->Handbrake, so it's an indirect method, but its one click and saves a helluva lot of time.
I've had it working on a computer at work.
Marco is a clever kid.

@chumango,
Marco is a really nice person, and if he isn't able to respond, there are several knowledgeable users on the Vegas Pro forum who will respond. At least give it a try.
