Error Message opening file

Post by Phototaker »

I recorded a TV recording & knocked out the adds using VideoReDo & just saved the file in original format. When I try to open it in Handbrake I get this message.
"An Unknown Error has occured.

What does that mean & how do I fix it?

Thanks in advance

Did you run Quickstream Fix in VRD first? You should.

I hadn't because I didn't encountered any problems. What I have done is re import the file made by VRD & it opened without problems but still I requested that it run a Quickstream Fix. This ran & didn't report a problem. It still doesn't open in Handbrake. I have also clicked on the file & asked that VCL player open it. It worked & played but the file size is what I started with.
