Quick Sync Problem with reduced resolution

Hi!

By starting a job to reduce the resolution from 1920 to 1280 pixel, the job stops at 0,003%. The time goes on but nothing happens.
Without the QuickSync function, the job runs to the end.

Has anyone a solution for me?
The QuickSync feature gives me a lot of speed improvement. With an older nightly build the average fps was arounf 250 instead of 40 fps. Unfortunately the job runs to the end end by reaching the 100% mark nothing happens...

I checked several versions and all the same.
If i reduce the resolution, the encoding stops.
