HandBrake Nightly No Audio Track?

I've just installed the latest nightly svn5778, and it seems there's no default audio tracks active under ANY profile, even custom ones.

I have to Add Track (or Add New Track) EVERY time the program is launched, otherwise encodes come out silent.

(Even a custom loses it's audio track).

What going on?

I can see a Reset option which I just tried - "Reset Built-in Presets". That didn't work.

You must be joking, right?
You're having problems with bugs in the nightly build and you're surprised?
Buddy...even the FINAL release builds are full of ridiculous bugs, so why would you expect any different from nightly builds?

Ironically the nightly builds are usually more stable.

No, I'm not surprised at all. I was reporting a problem with in the hope it would get resolved in the next/or another nightly build.
I only use the nightlies for testing purposes anyway.

svn5779 fixed the audio problem.

I suppose I should really create a new thread regarding that my Custom preset width number gets screwed up...

For example, Normal preset is always defaulted to when launching HandBrake. When I click my custom preset, the width number is incorrect. If I click another preset (e.g. Normal), then click my custom preset again, the number is now showing correct.
