I cant se the subtitles

When i convert a movie it gets so short in hight that i only can se the top of the subtitles. I have tried everything in settings, changed almost everything i can change, without luck. It is an iso file i want to convert to mkv without Loose of quility.
I dont think it is very user friendly when you dont now a lot about thise Things.

It would appear that the subtitles are hard coded, or burned in so they are being cropped away.

Disable the cropping(set the cropping to manual and enter 0 for each box) to see if that works.

Otherwise, with the RF at 5 you might as well use MakeMKV.

I have tried to set the cropping to 0, that did not help. If i use makemkv i cant se the movie on my phillips tv from a harddisk.
