video is in iTunes, but doesn't play

using Vista

I used DVD43 to remove the encryptions, then used the settings provided by piz on 03 Aug, 2007, ending up with a .mp4 file

originally couldn't get vid into iTunes - read some posts & moved it to my external hard drive
got the vid into iTunes, but won't play

I can play the vid in Windows Media Player, but there is no sound.
