how to compiling HandBrake for Windows x86_64 on fedora16.

The wiki says:
./configure --cross=i386-mingw32 --launch-jobs=1 --launch
Please note: "i386-mingw32" may vary depending on how the toolset was compiled. i386-mingw32 is the typical name used on the mac platform, but this will likely differ on a linux box.
Fedora for example, uses "i686-pc-mingw32" (for 32bit HandBrake builds) OR "x86_64-pc-mingw32" (for 64bit HandBrake builds).

I can compile 32bit HandBrake by using --cross=i686-pc-mingw32.
But I can not compile a 64bit version by using --cross=x86_64-pc-mingw32.

It always show that
find: x86_64-pc-mingw32-ar...(fail) not found
: name[0] = x86_64-pc-mingw32-ar

but the mingw32 only have a i686-pc-mingw32-ar in both mingw32-binutils-2.21-2.fc16.i686.rpm and mingw32-binutils-2.21-2.fc16.x86_64.rpm.
where is the x86_64-pc-mingw32-ar?
