Pink noise and lowered pitch on audio track?

I started dabbling with the options someone gave me at my other thread (regarding the video not uploading on iTunes) and everything worked out perfectly. Thanx!

Until I ripped Journey's 2001 Live in Las Vegas DVD....

It loads on iTunes, but when I play it back, the audio starts with pink noise and then when the band starts playing, the pitch is lowered down dramatically (not the speed).

Anything on this would be much appreciated. Thanx. :)
