Scanning Fails

I am using the windows version of Handbrake.

When I insert a disc and start up the app, the first thing that I notice is that the "DVD Drive" option is not enabled.

I can use the "DVD Directory" browse control to go find the drive howwever.

After doing so, the scanning begins, and actually gets to the last title. After that, I get a message saying "Scanning failed"

Any help would be much appreciated

ya the same thing is happening to me and it sucks so yea im goin to see if anyone can help
