Trouble converting movie

Post by phoenixdown »

Hi folks,

I've been using Handbrake successfully to convert various DVD's I own into M4V files.

I generally rip to ISO using Anydvd but I ripped this particular film to folder format. I can use VLC media player to watch the source file/folder perfectly well but when I seem to be having issues viewing the file after converting it with Handbrake.

Any idea where I might be screwing up the process?

Thanks

Code: Select all

Removed log file, -- thanks :)

It's having trouble writing to the destination

Code: Select all

MP4ERROR: MP4WriteBytes: Unknown error
ERROR: Failed to write to output file, disk full?
Check that the directory exists, that you have write permissions, and that there is space left on the disk.

Gotcha! Thank you for pointing it out. I'll keep an eye out for "error" in the future too :)
